The product is made from pasteurized sheep’s milk
and addition of probiotics (Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium bifidum), to integrate all ‘traditional look that salutariness.
The Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a transient and anaerobic bacterium with high capacity for lactic acid production in ‘intestine, and therefore able to acidify the’ small intestine, making it suitable for the lactobacilli, but inhospitable to pathogenic bacteria.
